Further you agree that Assestant.com can use your company name as a client or customer to Assestant.com and towards that you grant permission to show to others through website pages or in any other method that your company is a user and so client or customer of Assestant.com. By accepting the terms of services, you allow Assestant.com to use your company name, logo to be displayed suitably in our site, promotion materials and presentations.

You agree that services of Assestant.com may continue to change over time as we refine and add more features. We may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.

We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services.

You must provide your full legal name, your company name and branch/division details, valid e-mail address/contact details and any other information requested in order to use the product. Assestant.com reserves the right to terminate your services upon the discovery that the information is inaccurate or incomplete. If your contact information or other information related to your account, changes, you must notify us promptly and keep your information current. In order to give continuous service support, you can provide alternate contacts or the contacts of your higher authorities as and when asked.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities happening within your account. User names, passwords, credentials of users can be kept by you in secret. Assestant.com is not taking responsibility for the misuse of your credentials.

As a registered user of the service you and your company/entity shall be held responsible for all activities conducted with your account usage.

As a registered user you will use the services provided for your company/entity purposes and not for any other third party/parties.

Your usage and content is subject to all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations.

You, your company/entity indemnify Assestant.com and its owners against any misuse, damage claims of any sort/nature.

You will not interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

You shall not modify or make derivative works based on the Assestant.com Service or content.

You shall not access or reverse engineer the service in order to

build a competitive product or service,

build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the service, or

copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the service.

Content shall mean audio and visual information, documents, software, products and services contained or made available to Assestant.com service user in the course of using the service.

All assessment content (including question bank, list of candidates invited for taking assessment) that you upload belongs to you. Assestant.com does not access that in any way.

Also that we reserve the right to delete all such data if the account turns delinquent. A registered user account can become delinquent on termination or kept inactive for more than six months.

On the other hand, the content provided by Assestant.com (including Question Bank) is exclusive IP rights protected assets of Assestant.com and its owners.

The Assestant.com privacy policy may be viewed separately in this site. The privacy policy details the way we collect, use and protect information. By agreeing to the terms of usage here, you give your consent to the privacy policy followed by us. Your attention is drawn to your granting of permission to use your contact details, in addition to the support of the service, towards sending company news updates, service updates and related information. You understand that Assestant.com uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, storage and related technology to run the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be bug-free, uninterrupted although efforts would be taken to provide a clean working environment.

You agree that your use of Assestant.com shall be at your sole risk. All Services provided by Assestant.com are available as is, without warranty.

The Services are billed in advance as provided in the pricing plan. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable. We use third party payment gateway to collect online payments.

If a registered user does not have the right or authority to make payment, then the company/entity that the user represents accepts full financial liability and legal responsibility of payment.

Assestant.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate this access to the service in the event that the account becomes delinquent because of non realization of amount. In the case of invoice based payments, after the realization of the amount, service access will be granted.

Assetant.com reserves the right to modify its payment plans and charges and to introduce new charges at any time.

Assestant.com can give a limited free credit to try/demo the service at its own discretion and free credits cannot be claimed as right by all users.

Assestant.com uses approved Payment Gateway Service provider(s). Assestant.com does not collect or have access to the sensitive data pertaining to making payment. As we are transparent in disclosing our payment gateway service provider details, we request registered users making payment through them to be aware of the rules & regulations, terms and conditions and privacy policy of the payment gateway service providers. Any disputes or issues related to Payment Gateway service will be taken up and solved with payment gateway service providers.

The terms of services shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the India. All disputes, differences or claims with respect to any matter arising out of or relating to the agreement shall be finally settled through the provisions of the arbitration and conciliation act 1996, as amended from time to time, having seat of arbitration and jurisdiction at Chennai, India.
