Assessment Credits


    Is there a free trial?
  • No, there is no free trial, but we do understand that you would like try our platform. For this reason we provide you with 10 free assessment credits when you sign up, just to get you started. We believe this should provide you ample opportunity to test the platform. For any other further assistance feel free to contact us.

    • What are Assessment Credits?
  • Assessment Credits is a pay as you go concept to conduct assessments in a cost effective manner. You can create questions and assessments for free and only pay for attempts to take your assessment. Simply put, 1 assessment credit = 1 assessment attempt.

    • Do you offer any discounts?
  • Yes, we do provide discounts when buying bulk credits. Please check our pricing page for more information. For institutions and organisations that conduct a large number of assessments at regular intervals, we can also work out a package pricing deal. Please contact us if you are interested in a package pricing deal.

    • Can I re-invite candidates to take assessments and does it consume any additional assessment credits?
  • Yes, you can re-invite candidates to take an assessment and it does not consume any additional assessment credits in case the candidate’s previous assessment attempt is in either state “incomplete” or “aborted”, indicating that the candidate did not complete the assessment.

    • What happens if I run out of assessment credits?
  • If you run out of assessment credits, no one can take your assessment(s) till you buy more assessment credits. Not having credit does not affect your account, and all your account details including assessments and questions are kept safe for you to buy additional credits and continue using your account.

    • Where can I find how many assessment credits are available to me?
  • After you login to your account, on the top right corner you can find your available assessment credits along with the option to buy additional credits when you require them.

Orders and Payments


    Why could I not order assessment credits?
  • You may have a pending transaction that hasn’t been approved yet. You can only have one pending transaction at a time, so please wait till the pending transaction has been approved before your next order. If there has been an error please feel free to contact us.

    • What are the payment modes available to buy assessment credits?
  • After choosing the number of credits you can order and pay via bank transfer or cash/cheque deposit. We are working on credit card payments as well and this should be available as an option very soon. For more details please contact us.

Login Problems


    I am not able to login to my account. Help!
  • Please make sure the e-mail address you entered is correct and note that your password is case sensitive. You can always contact us If you have further issues.

    • Why does my user not exist?
  • The e-mail address you used is not registered with us. Perhaps you are using the wrong e-mail address? If not, please contact us and we will help you out.

    • I didn’t get my verification link. What gives?
  • Sorry about that. There is a possibility that the mail could have been classified as spam (shouldn’t happen mostly but you never know) so please check your spam folder and mark the sender as safe. If you still can’t find the verification link please Re-send E-mail Verification link.

    • I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?
  • If you have forgotten your password, click this link to recover your password.

Assessments


    Do I need custom questions to create assessments?
  • Not necessarily. You can always use our ever growing built-in question bank to create assessments, in case you don’t have your own questions. This only works if we have questions in the skill set(s) you are interested in. You can always contact us to add the skill set that you require and we will try our best to do so.

    • How many assessments can I create?
  • You can create as many assessments as you wish but subject to our Terms & Conditions.

    • Will all my data (including questions, assessments and responses) be kept private?
